We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the jewelry comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Your jewelry is made to last. It will not fade or tarnish with normal wear. We use high quality materials and durable plating so your pieces keep their shine. If you store them with care and keep them away from harsh products, they will stay beautiful for a very long time.

For all orders within the USA, we provide free FedEx Express shipping. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.

We pack your jewelry by hand in our Wyoming studio and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly and you do not pay for shipping.

Every single design is created by Grace and her daughter. Each piece begins as a sketch at the kitchen table, is brought to life by hand in our Wyoming studio, and is carefully inspected by Grace herself before being sent to you.
